Imperial Slag Glass Sealyham Terrier Paperweight

“Stunning” is the appropriate word to describe this Sealyham Terrier dog designed in caramel slag glass! Deep chocolate, caramel, milk chocolate and white glass swirl in a gorgeous mixture to create this uniquely beautiful dog.

This wonderful Sealyham was originally designed and manufactured by Heisey Glass between 1941 – 1969. The dog was named “Champ” , mould # 1541. The Imperial Glass Company purchased the mould and produced only 150 of this fine Sealyham in slag glass, between 1969-1970.

While slag glass was made in many colors, this particular paperweight has a particularly gorgeous coloration, that is rarely seen.
Measuring 3 1/4″ tall x 4 1/2″ long x 1 3/4″ wide, this wonderful dog is in excellent, flawless condition.
