Clothing Brush with Porcelain German Shepherd Dog Head Germany

This dapper, vintage, valet bristle brush, sports a whimsical, porcelain, German Shepherd dog’s head. The porcelain dog’s head is highly-detailed and has a perfect high gloss finish. It sits sturdily atop a multi-colored, straw bristle brush, and it is a full 8″ tall x 1 3/4″ wide. It is marked with the #8577 at the back of the dog’s neck. We believe that this brush comes from Germany and was made and sold between the 1920’s and 1930’s. It is in excellent condition.
This brush is still sturdy enough to be used for the purpose it was intended, but it would also be a wonderfully unique and special, collectible gift to any German Shepherd owner or lover of the breed.
