This marcasite Scottish Terrier brooch was created in the 1930’s. It is a wonderful combination of sterling silver and brilliant marcasite stones., all original to the piece, and in perfect condition. In every way you look at it, this vintage brooch is absolutely stunning.

In every way you look at it, this vintage brooch is absolutely stunning. Created in the 1930’s, it is a wonderful combination of sterling silver and brilliant marcasite stones., all original to the piece, and in perfect condition.
It features two very sweet Scottish Terrier dogs with lovely emerald green paste stone eyes. It is hallmarked “935” on the back of the larger dog’s head.
It is a fairly large, buckle-style brooch, hanging from a bar pin, that really has that wonderful Art Deco flair.
Measuring 2 1/4″ tall x 1 1/2″ wide, it is in excellent condition.
