This wonderful vintage needlepoint pillow looks so much like a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier dog, you may be inclined to stop and pet it as you walk by.

Measuring 8 1/2″” x 9 1’2″, this handsome dog is standing and ready for action in a way that only Wheatens can do.

The needlework is beautifully done, with all the natural colors of this breed, against a warm brown background.

It is bordered with with a design that includes the background brown, and the very realistic colors used on the dog.

The back is covered in a soft gold velvet with a rolled edge.

This exquisitely done vintage needlepoint pillow is in excellent condition with a working zipper.
