This sweet, Scottish Terrier is a perfect example of “cuteness overload”. He is marked “Erphila Germany” on the bottom. It was a mark used by the giftware importer, “Ebeling and Reuss” of Philadelphia between 1886 and the 1950’s. The mark is a combination of the letters E & R (Ebeling and Reuss), and the first letters of Philadelphia.

His coloring is very unique. It is a soft matte medium grey, mixed with both a deeper and a lighter grey. This coloring not only gives the dog dimension, it also adds a “softness” to the dog, that adds immeasurably to his charm.

Measuring a full 5 1/2″ tall x 7 1/2″ long x 3 1/4″ wide, he is in excellent condition.Â As a gift or placed on a desk or nightstand, he is guaranteed to draw lots of smiles.
