In the classic tradition of Arthur Court designs, this fascinating Pug dog is made of highly detailed cast brass with a turned oak wood body and glass eyes.
He sits 5 1/2″ tall x 4″ long x 3 1/2″ wide, and opens to reveal a brass-lined interior. It could have originally been designed to be used as a “stash” or trinket box, or as a humidor.
It is embossed on the underside: “Arthur Court Designs copyrighted 1979”.
This wonderful, whimsical, Pug dog is in excellent condition.
