Vintage Blecher Walnut Pipe Stand with Bronze Scottish Terrier Dog

Made in the USA by the Belcher Company, this walnut wood, three-pipe stand/holder is topped with a wonderful bronze Scottish Terrier dog. It stands 7″ tall x 6 1/4″ in diameter.

Made in the USA by the Belcher Company, this walnut wood, three-pipe stand/holder is topped with a wonderful bronze Scottish Terrier dog. It stands 7″ tall x 6 1/4″ in diameter. It is in excellent condition with two very tiny nicks on the base. The Scottish Terrier dog that stands proudly on the top of this stand looks to be bronze-over-copper. It has it’s original foil label,as well as felt on the bottom that is still in very good condition. The pedestal is a bit loose, but it can be tightened by carefully peeling back the foil label and tightening the screw that holds the pedestal to the base. This charming piece of vintage tobacciana dates back to the late 1940’s.
