This vintage, Scottie Dog bulb lamp is so unique and such fun!

Originally called an Aerolux “Cheer Light”, it was made by the Aerolux company between 1930 – 1939, as a bulb only. Somewhere along the way, this one was made into a small lamp, by adding a small, art deco chrome base and an electrical cord.

It is 5″ tall, with a 3″ in diameter base, and it is in excellent working condition. It has a round, black knob (as seen in the pictures) to use to turn the lamp on and off.

As you can see from the pictures, the Scottie dog forms the filament of the clear glass bulb. When plugged in, the Scottie glows a very bright reddish orange.

This is such a charming and unique little lamp. It would make the perfect Scottish Terrier lover’s gift , or a very unique and wonderful addition to any Scottish Terrier dog collection.
