This Carnival glass, 2 piece powder jar was made by the Jeannette Glass Company from the 1930’s to the 1950’s. While it is called “marigold” in color, it is actually a lovely “peach” color glass. It was typically used to hold loose powder on an elegant lady’s vanity table. It can easily be re-purposed to hold jewelry or other small items. The “bowl” is 4 inches in diameter and 1 3/4 inches deep. It is in excellent condition without any chips, cracks or visible signs of wear. Know someone who loves poodles? Surprise her with this!
