Primitive/Folk Art Hand Carved Wood Dog

Whether it is primitive art or folk art, this hand carved wood dog is wonderful! He has detailed eyes, ears, haunches, nose and toes. He has a rich brown patina with black feet, ears, nose, eyes and tail. He has a few minor reminders of his age, including a small scrape on his lower back, and nicks on the edge of his right ear, and left rear leg. Nonetheless, he is a treasure, and would make a perfect addition to a folk art or primitive wood dog collection, or alone as a unique and beautiful decorative piece.
