This exquisite, Anri, carved wood humidor is a Skye Terrier dog.
It is in excellent condition, and it is 11 1/2″ tall x 9 1/2″ long x 7 1/2″ wide. The humidor is an egg-shaped box, that opens as you push on the dog’s tail.
The Anri Company was founded by Josef Anton Riffeser in 1912. He named the company by combining the first two letters of his middle and last name. This company remains a family-run company today, and it has has a continued reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, as well as high quality and creativity. The Skye Terrier dog has been a hallmark design of Anri, and one of its’ most popular and sought-after pieces. This enchanting Anri carved wood humidor appeared in their 1926 catalogue.
