Vintage Rosenthal Bulldog

He’s just perfect! From his classic Bulldog stance, to the the self-assured demeanor so characteristic of the breed, this wonderful dog stands 4 1/2″ tall x 7″ long x 3 1/2″ wide.

He is done in shades of soft black and deep grey against bright white, but his eyes are black, surrounded with just the smallest bit of a beautiful sky blue/grey.

Please note that the “unusual” pattern showing on the side of the dog’s head, and in the picture taken from the top, are just reflections captured by the camera, against his very beautiful high gloss finish.

His face is so expressive, showing every wrinkle and fold, pushed in nose and droopy jowls. He was designed by Fritz Diller and he carries the green Rosenthal marking on his belly.

He is in excellent, ready-to-display, condition.
