This wonderful vintage coin bank was created to look like a Cavalier King Charles puppy.

While the original bank was created in the 1940’s, this sweet bank was re-created by Design Toscano in the 1990’s. Made of very heavyweight cast iron, and hand-painted, it measures 5 1/2″ tall x 7 3/4″ long x 3″ wide.

It is also in excellent working condition. Just lift the tail of this adorable puppy, place a coin on his tongue, and he will happily gobble it up.

Like the breed that it is meant to represent, this cavalier King Charles bank also has a fabulous personality. Just look at his delightful puppy face with its big smiling eyes, and fall in love!
