This wonderful, Royal Doulton Scottish Terrier dog was modeled after Champion Albourne Arthur from the Champion Dog series, and designed by Frederick Daws.
He was issued by Royal Doulton between 1931-1985.
At 3 1/2″ tall x 5″ long x 1 1/2″ wide, he stands as though he is in a show-ring.
His expression is absolutely remarkable, looking both dignified and expectant, just waiting to hear what his best human friend has to say.
He is in excellent condition, and he is marked with the Royal Doulton mark on the bottom of his left front paw, and HN1016 hand-painted on the bottom of his right back paw.
Of course, if you own a Scottie, you will want to grab this fantastic fellow. He would also make a great gift, and an excellent addition to a Royal Doulton canine collection.
