This antique, porcelain Pug dog is seated with open front legs. He is wearing a bright blue, ribbon collar with bells. He is a beautiful fawn color with white and dark brown accents. Referred to as a “Cat Face” Pug, he also has a loosely curled “cat-like” tail, unlike the typically, tightly curled tail on other Pug porcelain figurines.
Harder to find and highly collectible, this Pug measures 4 1/4″ tall x 2 3/4″ long x 1 5/8″ wide. He is in excellent condition with an impressed mark at the base of is tail. He was made in Germany, during the late 19th century.
