From their sleek bodies, to the rectangular base upon which they stand, this gorgeous pair of Borzois are a fine example of Art Deco design. They were made in France by Charles Lemanceau in the 1930’s.

Not all pieces by Lemanceau were signed and that is the case with this elegant piece. It stands a full 15″ tall x 21″ long x 6 1/2″ wide.
It is in excellent, flawless condition.

For a Borzoi enthusiast, such a wonderful study of this elegant breed is an exceptional find. It is not only beautiful, but if you take a look at these dogs’ expressions, you can not help but see the romance, as well.
