This wonderful Royal Doulton Airedale is part of the “Champion Dogs” series.

He was designed by Frederick Daws in the early 1930’s and retired in the 1950’s.

He was modelled after the Champion “Cotsford Top Sail”, and this porcelain figurine is the harder-to-find size of 5 1/4″ tall x 6″ long x 2″ wide.

He is in excellent, ready-to-display condition
