This exquisite Wire-Haired Fox Terrier figurine, captures all the intensity of this amazing breed, as well as his charm.

He is in excellent condition, and stands a full 9″ tall x 12″ long x 4″ wide.

Designed by Ottmar Obermaier for Rosenthal in 1935, he is beautifully hand painted, and that is what makes this particular dog rather unique.

This exact model, also designed by Obermaier, for Rosenthal is typically finished by painting the face of the dog, and then keeping the rest of his body solid white. As you can see, this dog has a very realistically painted body as well.

If you are a collector of Rosenthal dogs, you will know how difficult it is to find this model fully painted. If you are a wire-Haired Fox Terrier enthusiast, you will most certainly appreciate how truly realistic and wonderful this model is.
