ERPHILA Porcelain German Shepherd Dogs Figurine
These beautiful German Shepherd dogs show off to perfection, both the good nature and confidence of this wonderful breed.
Can we “Fetch” a classic German Shepherd
or perhaps another new friend for your consideration?
These beautiful German Shepherd dogs show off to perfection, both the good nature and confidence of this wonderful breed.
They are marked “Erphila Germany” on the bottom. It was a mark used by the giftware importer, “Ebeling and Reuss” of Philadelphia between 1886 and the 1950’s. The mark is a combination of the letters E & R (Ebeling and Reuss), and the first letters of Philadelphia.
Their coloring is very beautiful. Both dogs are a soft deep brown that blends into a gray and then white. This coloring not only gives theses dogs dimension, it also adds a “softness” to the dogs, that is a characteristic of ERPHILA figurines.
There is both energy and joy in their expressions.
Measuring 6″ tall x 5 1/4″ long x 3″ wide, they are in excellent condition. Even the metallic thin gold band, which surrounds the base and adds a wonderful touch of elegance to this porcelain figurine, is in mint condition.
They would make a unique addition to your German Shepherd collection and the perfect gift for any German Shepherd lover.
Don’t forget our free shipping within the USA. All of our items arrive gift-wrapped in our distinctive “houndstooth” paper!
