Labrador Retriever Puppies Fairing

This wonderful, porcelain figurine features an abundance of Labrador Retriever puppies, frolicking all over and under the bed.

Styled after an English fairing, and most likely made in Germany, it tells a wonderful story, as most fairings tend to do. They were given out at English fairs in the early 1900’s.

Measuring 2″ tall x 5″ long x 3″ wide, it is in excellent condition.

Altogether, these six little mischievous characters (I presume that one is the “bump” under the blanket) are a joy to behold and would make a unique and whimsical addition to any vintage canine collection.

If you are someone who has been lucky enough to be in the presence of such a clownish litter, this fairing can’t help but bring back much laughter and the fondest of memories.
