Rare Vintage Goebel Full Bee Fox Terrier Porcelain Decanter

Presenting a wonderful, highly collectible piece of mid-century barware for the dog lover or advanced Goebel enthusiast: an authentic 1950s porcelain terrier decanter bottle crafted in West Germany.

Standing 8 inches tall, this whimsical piece features an alert, tricolor Fox Terrier whose head serves as the functional bottle stopper. The stopper retains its original cork mechanism, sitting flush and secure against the body.

The underside features the cleanly incised factory model code KL 881 along with the historic stamped black “Full Bee” mark (TMK-2), anchoring its production precisely to the early 1950s. While many of these novelty decanters lost their stoppers or suffered damage over the decades, this specimen has been remarkably preserved. The high-gloss glaze is bright, showing excellent tricolor detailing from the floppy ears down to the dark-shaded paws.
