It is hard to find a porcelain dog that is more engaging than those designed by Jens Peter Dahl -Jensen. This exquisite Airedale dog looks as though he has just noticed something or someone that peaks his interest. Such realism, combined with Dahl-Jensen’s signature soft color palette, places this vintage porcelain figurine in a class all its own! Standing 6 1/2″ tall x 7″ long x 3″ wide, this gorgeous dog carries the standard DJ crown mark on his underside, along with the #1079. He is in excellent condition and he appears on page 38 of “Dahl-Jensen Porcelain Figurines 1897-1985 by Caroline and Nick Pope.
