“Ruler of Oubourgh” is the name of this noble-looking, porcelain figurine of a fawn-colored Great Dane dog. It was modeled by A. Gredington for Beswick, between 1941 and 1994, as part of its “Champion Dog Series.” He stands a full 7″ tall x 8 1/2″ long x 2″ wide, and he is in excellent condition. Great Dane enthusiasts can certainly see how well this porcelain figurine truly resembles this noble and affectionate breed. As a focal point of your Beswick canine collection, or as a perfect gift to a dog-loving friend, “Ruler of Oubourgh” is an excellent tribute to the “Gentle Giants” of the canine community.
