This charming, porcelain Skye Terrier Dog figurine is a full 8″ long x 5 1/4″ tall x 2 1/2″ wide. She was made by the Mann & Porzellius factory in Unterweissbach, Thuringia, Germany c. 1910 – 1920. She is in mint condition, which is truly wonderful for her age. She is well-marked on her underside, along with an incised # 181. This Skye Terrier dog figurine is beautifully molded with wonderful, soft, flowing fur lines along her body, legs and tail, with special attention paid to the fur that characteristically hangs over her eyes. If you are a Skye Terrier enthusiast, then this figurine is a must-have for your home. The personality of this pup would be hard to match in any other porcelain piece.
