This old guy is overflowing with character. He is a wonderful, antique, cold painted Austrian bronze Bulldog figurine that measures 2 3/4″ tall x 4″ long x 2″ wide. His detailing is extraordinary, especially his eyes which are so expressive, and beautifully painted, that we thought at first that they were made of glass. He is sporting a bright red buckle collar. He has some paint loss, especially on his underside, due to his age, which is late 19th century, but he is regardless, quite a good-looking chap. This Austrian bronze Bulldog would certainly make a great addition to any Bulldog enthusiast’s collection, as well as a small, but dignified decorative accent for your office or den.
