This is page 70 from the June, 1965 edition of Woman’s Day Magazine. It is a sketch of two Airedale puppies, done by artist Bob Kuhn. It was part of a series commissioned by Woman’s Day Magazine, entitled “A Sketch Book of Dog Portraits, which included a variety of different breeds, done by a variety of artists. It looks like these adorable pups are having a great time in some “ruff and tumble” play. This magazine page is 10 3/4″ tall x 7 3/4″ wide, and it is in excellent condition. It is secured to a heavy block wood frame, and it is protected under glass. The size with the frame is 13″ tall x 10 1/2″ wide. Please note that we also have a matching piece of a Wire-Haired Fox Terrier pup, also done as part of this series, by a different artist. This wonderful, keepsake work of art would look adorable in a child’s room. The two matching magazine pages, together, on a wall, would be amazing!
