Can we “Fetch” a classic Dachshund
or perhaps another new friend for your consideration?
The camera barely does justice to this exquisite porcelain, bisque, short-haired Dachshund. The extraordinary detailing makes this pup look so realistic. She is 5″ tall x 2″ long x 1 1/4″ wide, and she is in excellent condition. She was sculpted by U. Netzsch and produced by the Kaiser porcelain works in Western Germany c. 1970. This dog is well marked with the blue AK Kaiser mark and imprinted with Netzsch’s name. She looks beautiful alone, but she looks amazing alongside the long-haired Dachshund sculpted by the same artist. See last picture.
We are so happy this Dachshund found a new home. Would you like to find a vintage or antique dog collectible and bring home your own new friend? Just check out our shop to see our currently available antique and vintage dog collectibles.
