This wonderful, vintage, sterling silver pin is in the shape of a standing Bloodhound dog. Measuring 1 1/4″ tall x 1 1/4″ long, it is in excellent, ready-to-wear condition.

This amazing pin has captured every realistic detail of this gentle giant, who was originally bred to hunt deer and wild boar, and more recently to track people. All his muscles are detailed, as well as his collar and his long, droopy ears. All that is missing from this realistic portrait is the slobber!

This is an absolutely gorgeous pin, that would make a great gift for any dog enthusiast, not only Bloodhound-lovers.
