Vintage Pointer Dog Original Print “The Champion” G.B.Fox c.1930’s

This wonderful, vintage ,original colorized print features a portrait of a Pointer dog. It was drawn in the 1930’s by Garnet Bancroft Fox, who was the nephew of another well-known artist, by the name of Atkinson Fox.

This wonderful, vintage ,original colorized print features a portrait of a Pointer dog.
It was drawn in the 1930’s by Garnet Bancroft Fox, who was the nephew of another well-known artist, by the name of Atkinson Fox.

This portrait is entitled “The Champion”, and it is matted with a vintage matte, and Fox’s “stylized” signature can be seen in the lower right hand corner of this vintage print.

Measuring 13″ tall x 10″ wide, it is in excellent condition.

It is framed under glass in a carved wooden frame that matches the era of the print.

It is a fabulous, vintage portrait that would be wonderful addition to any sporting dog collection or gallery, and a unique Sporting Dog, or Pointer Lovers Gift.
