This sweet vintage porcelain dog was made by Goebel in the early 1950’s as part of the Hummel Collection.

The Hummel figurines were designed by sister Maria Innocentia Hummel for Goebel, beginning in 1935.

Measuring 3 3/4″ tall x 4 1/2″ long x 2″ wide, this dog is particularly hard to find, and it is in excellent condition.

She carries the characteristics of both a Pekingese, as well as a Shih Tzu. The “blending” of the two breeds turned out quite a beautiful dog!

She is marked with the Goebel “V” with the bee, as well as “Germany.”

She would make a great addition to any Hummel collection, and the perfect gift for any dog lover.

Don’t forget our free shipping within the USA. All of our items arrive gift-wrapped in our distinctive “houndstooth” paper!
