This elegant, porcelain figurine of a German Short-Haired Pointer dog looks so realistic, you can’t help but touch it each time you walk by. Her gorgeous hand painted coat shows off to perfection why we all so admire this sporting breed. Her piercing eyes, and detailed nose and muzzle add to this extra special canine work of art.
She sits on a rectangular porcelain base that is artist-signed along the right side. She is marked on her underside with “Schwarzburg Workshops for Porcelain Art Volkstedt Thuringia Germany. The entire piece, including the base, measures 7 1/4″ tall x 5 1/4″ long x 2 3/4” wide. She is in mint condition.
