This Rosenthal Dachshund dog figurine is one of the more “elusive” of Rosenthal’s Dachshund dog porcelain figurines.

Designed by Max Hermann Fritz between 1938 and 1940, it measures 3 1/2″ tall x 5 1/2″ long x 1 1/2″ wide. She is in excellent, flawless condition.

This pup is reclining, with her head turned to the side, and tipped slightly upwards, giving her a sweet, affectionate, expression, that is certain to melt your heart.

Whether you have a substantial collection of wonderful Dachshund figurines, or this little one may be your first, she will most certainly become one of your favorites.
