These Mid-Century Modern salt and pepper shakers are such a fun way to celebrate your love of dogs! Because the dogs’ bodies form the bulk of these elongated shakers, they look to be Dachshunds with their heads on one end of the shakers, and their tails on the other. They are done in a bright white porcelain with bright, shiny gold accents. They are in great condition, with minor wear to the gold paint. They both have three holes on the top, but one set of holes are slightly larger than the other, to distinguish the salt from the pepper. They are 3″ long x 1 1/2″ tall x 3/4″ wide, and have cork stoppers which are in great condition. They are stamped “Japan” on their undersides. Not only would these pups add a touch of sparkle to your holiday table, but they would also make a unique and very special hostess gift or “stocking stuffer.”
