This magnificent study of a whippet dog was done in pastel on paper. The detailing is extraordinary down to the brilliant gleam in this gorgeous dog’s eye. Measuring 18″ tall x 16″ wide, it is signed by the artist, and it is in excellent condition.

It is doubled-matted, and framed under glass. It came to us from a private, estate collection, and we believe that it is an original portrait.

This wonderful depiction of such an amazing breed would add a great deal of charm to any canine wall gallery, and it would make a great addition to any whippet collection, or any sighthound enthusiast’s home.
