This large vintage porcelain Borzoi figurine is absolutely gorgeous, but try as we might, we were not able to identify it’s maker’s mark.

It closely resembles a Hertwig Borzoi, or perhaps a Staffordshire Borzoi.

It could be an early to mid 20th-century porcelain Borzoi made in either Germany or Austria.

Whatever the provenance of this reclining Borzoi dog, it is unmistakenly beautiful.

The abundance of curled fur lines and its regal, yet demure posture makes it a perfect representation of this magnificent breed.

Measuring a full 6″ tall x 13 1/2″ long x 4 1/2″ wide, it is in excellent, ready-to-display condition.
