This stunningly realistic-looking Golden Retriever dog is one the the large “fireside” dogs created by Goebel between 1979 and the mid 1980’s, and then retired. Due to the popularity of this breed, most of these gorgeous figurines have been snatched up and are now very difficult to find…especially in such excellent condition! This beauty stands a full 11 3/4″ tall x 17″ long x 5 3/4″ wide. She is done is a cream- colored base with deeper golden shading and extraordinary detail. She is definitely a “must-have” for any owner of this loyal and loving breed, and an amazing gift for any dog lover.
