This exquisite French Bulldog is an original Vienna Bronze, designed by Franz Bergmann and handmade in Vienna by the Franz Bergmann-Fuhrmann Company between 1870-1920. It bears the Bergmann “B”, enclosed in a “jug” mark. While every Bergmann bronze is uniquely beautiful, we are partial to the canines that have expressions so touching, that they “speak” to us. This sitting French Bulldog really tugs at our heartstrings. At 1 1/2″ tall x 2″ long x 1″ wide, he may be tiny, but he is hugely appealing. He is in excellent condition, numbered, and comes with his original black velvet pouch and a signed certificate of authenticity. This is a perfect gift for a “Frenchie” owner, or anyone who appreciates the incredible workmanship that goes into a Bergmann bronze.
