This unique, pillow vase was created by Rick Wisecarver in 1983.
This unique, pillow vase was created by Rick Wisecarver in 1983. Unlike most of his pottery pieces that feature Native American Indians, this wonderful vase, while done in his signature brown and tan glaze, features a hand painted Cavalier King Charles Spaniel .
Measuring 7″ tall x 7″ long x 2 1/2″ wide, it is in excellent condition.
It is artist-signed and dated, 9/15/1983, along with “Wilhoa’s RS.”
The base has the unique added feature of being “bone-shaped”, which adds whimsy to this wonderful, and highly collectible pillow vase.
