This magnificent Boxer portrait was done by the famous artist, Gladys Emerson Cook (1899-1976.) This artist-signed, vintage print, has the look of pastels and charcoal on paper, done in soft black, deep brown and tan, with touches of white on the dog’s head, neck, chest, and the inside of his ear, and copper in his eyes. The result is a very realistic portrait that makes this Boxer look in character, both deliberate and dignified. The portrait is in excellent condition. It is not matted or framed, and it measures a full 16″ x 12″. It would make a perfect focal point in any canine-themed wall gallery, or a perfect portrait in a den, office, or over a mantel. Of course, it would also make the perfect gift to any lover and owner of this fabulous breed!
