This miniature, cold painted Austrian bronze Dachshund seems quite comfortable in a well-worn boot.

Such highly-detailed and decorated bronze miniatures were treasured collectibles in the 1800’s – 1900’s across Europe.

This engaging figurine measures 1 1/4″ tall x 3/4″ long x 1/8″ wide and it is in great condition, with a few tiny spots of missing paint.

The fine details of this bronze Dachshund dog’s wonderfully expressive face, gazing innocently from his newly-acquired seat, make this figurine the perfect “good things come in small boxes” surprise for your favorite Dachshund dog-lover.

This black and tan Dachshund has a bright red collar with a tiny gold-painted tag. The boot is also highly-detailed with a light blue lining, and gold buttons.

What a great deal of perfection in a tiny figurine!
