Who doesn’t love a Shih-Tzu? This retired Lladro Shih-Tzu porcelain dog is in mint condition.

It was issued in 1969 and retired in 1981 and sculpted by Salvador Furia.

Measuring 5 1/2″ tall x 6″ long x 3″ wide, it has the blue Lladro stamp which also reads “Handmade in Spain”.

It has a high gloss finish and is done in classic Lladro colors of soft gray, beige and tan.

The detailed sculpting of this dog shows gorgeous layers of flowing fur, and brings out the beauty and playfulness that so typical of this breed.

As the favorite dog in the Forbidden City from the seventeenth century on, this breed was bred for one reason only, and that was to be loved. This beauty is seeking the same
