This vintage trinket box features a pair of Japanese Chin dogs.

This mother/puppy pair are absolutely adorable, poising sweetly atop this high-gloss, ebony black, circular, hinged box.

The pair of dogs are also a high gloss white, accented with black, and show up nicely against the trinket box. Looking closly, you can see that they both have 3-tone eyes, and matching “frowns.”

The box is edged in a metallic gold, with a tiny circular latch.

Measuring 4″ tall x 3″ in diameter, this wonderful trinket box is in excellent condition.

It was created in the mid-1960’s by Andrea by Sadek, headquartered in New Rochelle, New York.

This exquisite trinket box is both collectible and so useful.

There’s no limit to the kind of small treasures it could hold, safe under the watchful eyes of these two dogs!
