This wonderful large, hand painted ceramic figurine depicts a pair of lively, short-haired Dachshund dogs.
The details on this figurine, are what you would expect from Italian ceramic modellers. They are extraordinary.

The eyes of these dogs are bright and piercing, which gives them quite an animated look. One of the dogs has an open mouth that shows both its teeth and tongue, and makes it look like it is smiling, and even almost ready to “talk.”

Measuring a full 8 3/4″ tall x 9″ long x 7 3/4″ wide, they are in excellent, flawless condition.

This happy pair would make a fabulous focal piece for any collection, as well as the perfect “stand alone” figurine to grace almost any room in your home.
