This engaging, porcelain Terrier dog pair was made in Germany in the late 19th to early 20th century. They measure a full 71/2″ tall x 8″ long x 4 3/4″ wide and they are in excellent condition. There is an incised number “14207” on the underside of these beautiful pups. There are no other markings. However, what this pair may lack in identification, they make up ten times over in charm. While one is doing her best to look sweet and well-behaved, the other has his eye on the prize, and looks ready to greet or grab whatever/whomever he sees.
This is a wonderful figurine that is certainly large enough to be place alone on a table or a shelf. For Terrier owners, or any dog lover, this charismatic canine pair will definitely melt your heart and make you chuckle.
