This charming pair of Fox Terrier porcelain bookends were made by the Pfeffer Porcelain Factory in Germany between 1900 – 1934. They are in excellent condition and each one measures approximately 6″ tall x 6″ long x 4″ wide. Each one is posing in a slightly different way and that makes them seem even more realistic. They have a beautiful, muted coloring of two-tone soft gray against bright white with a touch of black. Their expressions appear focused on a specific object of interest, which adds to the story one could create about this engaging pair of pups. Each one is well-marked with the Pfeffer Porcelain stamp on the undersides of their bases.
They are truly a very unique find, and the perfect pair to add to your canine collection.
