This exquisite, Art Deco, bar pin is sterling silver with a reverse painted portrait of two hunting dogs, under glass at its’ center. It is always so amazing to realize the intricate art and workmanship that goes into the design and production of such a pin, and this bar pin is no exception. At a full 2″ long, we believe it to have been made in England, and it is stamped “Sterling” on the back. It is in very good condition, with some expected wear on the sterling. The portrait of the dogs is in excellent condition, and it is bezel set into the center of the pin. The pin portion opens and closes well. If you are a sporting/hunting dog enthusiast, a collector of period jewelry, or you are just as in love with this pin as we are, you will want to make this gorgeous pin your own.
