Given the age of this extraordinary dog, the Italian artist, Guido Cacciapuoti, most likely fashioned him after a Scottish Terrier.

Given the age of this extraordinary dog, the Italian artist, Guido Cacciapuoti, most likely fashioned him after a Scottish Terrier. The detailing on this miniature, porcelain dog (measures 2 1/2″ tall x 2″ long x 1 1/4″ wide) is amazing from his very serious “pout”, to his gorgeous fur lines. He is hand-signed “Cacciapuoti”, and also carries the original sticker. We absolutely love Cacciapuoti’s” larger works, and this is the first time we have come across such a delightful miniature. It is in perfect condition, and it would make a beautiful gift, or a unique addition to your porcelain canine collection.
