An Expert Partner for an Overwhelming Task

Selling an item or collection, whether large or small, your own or inherited, is more than a simple transaction. It’s an emotional and logistical challenge. You don’t just want to “get rid of it”—you want to honor the collection and see it valued.

That’s where we come in.

We are not a “cash for antiques” liquidator. We are curators of dog antique and vintage figurines and artwork. We treat each item as a piece of history, and we work to find a new collector who will treasure it. You don’t have to photograph, research, answer a single customer question, or handle a single shipment. That’s our job.

Your Questions, Answered

What are your consignment fees?

Our partnership is a simple 60/40 split of the net proceeds (the final selling price minus external platform selling fees). There are no hidden setup costs or charges. We take care of these costs and only make money when you make money.

What items do you accept?

We specialize in antique and vintage animal figurines and artwork. While our heart is in dog items, we accept all high-quality animal collectibles (cats, horses, birds, etc.). We do not accept modern, mass-produced items (e.g., Beanie Babies) or items that are damaged or have been repaired.  

What is the minimum collection size or item value?

There is no minimum or maximum collection size. But to make the process worthwhile for both of us, each item must be at least $100 in value. If you’re unsure, please ask and talk with us!

Can non-USA collections be accepted?

No. We are sorry, but the Sell-With-Us program is only available in the USA. (If you live in the UK, the EU, or Canada and feel that your item(s) are of notable value, please get in touch with us via “Contact Us” in the menu bar and describe your item(s) and explain what you are seeking to do.)  

How do I ship a large, fragile collection to you?

We pare happy to guide you through the process. Most consignors find that the United States Post Office does an excellent job, but some choose a local “pack and ship” store (like a UPS Store). We help you choose which shipping method is the safest and easiest for your item(s). The cost of shipping items to us is the consignor’s responsibility. You are the consignor.

How long does it take to sell my items?

It varies. Some rare items sell within days, while others may take months to find the right buyer. Our goal is to get the best price for you, not the fastest sale. We will never “clearance” your items without your permission.

Can I have my items returned to me?

Yes.  We ask that we keep your items for a minimum of six months from the date that we list them. If you wish to have them back before that six month period ends, we will ship them back to you at your expense + a fee for the work we had done to list them.

If after the six month period ends, you decide that you would like them returned to you, we will do that at our expense.

How and when do I get paid?

We send payments via PayPal or check for each item sold and cleared in the previous month. Each payment is accompanied by a detailed report showing exactly what sold and for how much.
