Vintage Rosenthal Bulldog by Fritz Diller c. 1914

He’s just perfect! From his classic Bulldog stance, to the self-assured demeanor so characteristic of the breed, this wonderful dog stands 4″ tall x 6″ long x 3″ wide. He is done in shades of soft black and deep grey against bright white, but his eyes are black, surrounded with just the smallest bit of a beautiful sky blue.
His face is so expressive, showing every wrinkle and fold, pushed in nose and droopy jowls. He was designed by Fritz Diller in 1914 and he carries the green Rosenthal marking on his belly. He has a high gloss finish and is in excellent condition. He is a “must-have” for any lover of this fabulous breed!
